We have developed the EISEDICHT® aluminium butyl airtight sealing collars for metal, plastic and mineral or absorbent surfaces. Their extremely high adhesive force makes them a perfect solution for the professional sealing of openings in the building envelope for processors, especially on difficult surfaces.
The grommet is made of permanently flexible EPDM rubber, which is very resistant to ageing and can be used in a wide temperature range. The aluminium butyl airtight sealing collars can be used above or below the floor slab and in basement areas to combat rising damp.
The high adhesive force also makes it suitable for use with common surfaces in timber frame construction, such as soft wood fibreboard and OSBs.
