Curtain-wall facade membranes with air space are often penetrated by openings and can be sealed with our visually discreet FacadeSEAL airtight sealing collars.
They need to be able to withstand the toughest of ambient conditions. Solar radiation, heavy rainfall and harmful UV rays are no match for our FacadeSEAL airtight sealing collars. They prevent rainwater from penetrating the structure through the space between the facade membrane and panelling and ensure that water vapour can be diffused from the inside to the outside.
The deep black adhesive flange offers a particularly high adhesive strength and withstands high temperatures, while its colour is a perfect match for the facade membrane. The grommet has a strain-relieving effect and is made of permanently flexible EPDM rubber.
